Men’s Testosterone Therapy Injection in Los Angeles – Men’s Vitality & Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Program
A weekly Testosterone Cypionate injection that may help
restore testosterone levels in men with documented low
testosterone, addressing symptoms like fatigue, low libido,
and changes in body composition.
Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is a prescription
treatment for men with clinically low testosterone levels
confirmed by lab work and accompanied by symptoms. Testosterone
plays a role in energy, libido, mood, muscle, and overall physical
function, and when levels are genuinely low, some men experience
fatigue, reduced libido, mood changes, or changes in body
composition. TRT supplements testosterone to bring levels back
into a healthy physiologic range under clinician supervision.
It’s compounded by a
state-licensed pharmacy
based on your clinician’s prescription.
$199.00/Monthly
Prescription required · Lab work required · Subject to clinician approval
What it may help with
✓
Hormone restoration
may help bring testosterone levels back into a healthy
range in patients with documented deficiency
✓
Energy and fatigue
may help reduce the fatigue often associated with low testosterone
✓
Libido and sexual function
may help support libido in patients with low testosterone
✓
Body composition
may help support lean body composition alongside nutrition
and exercise
✓
Mood and mental sharpness
may help support mood and mental clarity tied to low testosterone
What to expect
Most patients begin noticing changes in energy and libido
within 4 to 6 weeks, with broader effects on mood and body
composition building over 3 to 6 months. TRT works best alongside
thoughtful sleep, nutrition, and exercise habits. Your clinician
will order follow-up lab work to track your levels and overall
health markers, adjusting your plan as needed. Results vary
from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Who tends to choose TRT
Men with documented low testosterone and ongoing symptoms
Men who have addressed reversible causes of low testosterone
(sleep, weight, stress, certain medications) and still have
low levels
Men who have considered alternatives like enclomiphene or
hCG and decided direct testosterone replacement is the right fit
Men prepared to commit to ongoing monitoring and labs as
part of long-term therapy
Lab work is required
Men’s testosterone therapy is only prescribed to patients
with documented low testosterone or specific hormonal
symptoms confirmed by lab work.
You’ll need recent blood work (within the last 12 months)
drawn between 7am and 10am. If you don’t have recent labs,
you can
order our Men’s TRT Initial Panel
for a low cost or complete it independently and upload your
results. The lab test must include: CMP, CBC, TSH, Free T4,
Testosterone (free and total), Estradiol, LH and FSH, SHBG,
DHEA, Sulfate, PSA (free and total), Cortisol serum AM,
Prolactin, Ferritin.
To monitor your response and ensure your testosterone stays
within the appropriate range for men, you will need to
complete a lab test within the first 90 days of using
testosterone therapy. You can
order our Men’s TRT Maintenance Panel
or complete it independently. The lab test must include the
following biomarkers: CMP, CBC, Testosterone (total + free),
Estradiol, LH and FSH, SHBG, PSA (free and total)
After the 90-day check in, the
Men’s TRT Maintenance Panel
will be required annually.
How it works
A small intramuscular or subcutaneous injection,
self-administered once a week per your clinician’s
instructions. Your kit includes everything you need:
vials, syringes, and step-by-step guidance.
After you place your order, you’ll complete a short medical intake online and upload your recent lab work.
A licensed clinician reviews your labs and medical
history to determine whether TRT is appropriate for you.
A brief telehealth appointment with the clinician is
required (at no extra cost) before a prescription can
be issued.
If approved, your medication is compounded and shipped
discreetly to your door. Most patients receive their
first order within one week of completing intake and
lab review.
After your first delivery,
a new monthly supply arrives automatically every 4 weeks,
so you don’t have to remember to reorder. Your clinician
will schedule follow-up lab work periodically (typically
every 3 to 6 months early on, then less frequently) to
monitor your response. You can delay a shipment or cancel
anytime from your account.
Personalized by your clinician and adjusted over time
based on follow-up labs and how you respond.

Men’s Testosterone Therapy in Los Angeles
Los Angeles Peptides Clinic offers an online intake for eligible
patients in Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, West Los Angeles,
Santa Monica, Pasadena, Burbank, and surrounding LA communities.
Clinical eligibility and treatment availability are determined
through the medical review process.
A note on fertility
Testosterone replacement therapy can suppress the body’s own
testosterone and sperm production, which can affect fertility.
If you’re planning to have children in the future, talk with
your clinician about whether enclomiphene or hCG might be a
better fit for you, or whether adjunct hCG can be used alongside
TRT to help preserve fertility.
A note on what TRT is and isn’t
TRT is a medical treatment for clinically low testosterone,
not a performance enhancer or wellness booster. Testosterone
given to men with normal levels does not improve performance
and carries real risks. Your clinician will only prescribe
TRT if your labs and symptoms support a clinical need.
Important information:
Prescription required. Treatment is subject to clinical evaluation,
and results vary. This compounded product is not FDA-approved.
Follow the instructions provided by your clinician and
