Enclomiphene Oral Tablets in Los Angeles – Men’s Natural Testosterone Support Program

A daily tablet that may help stimulate your body’s natural
testosterone production while preserving fertility.

Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM)
used to help support the body’s own testosterone production.
Rather than introducing testosterone from outside, it signals
the brain to increase the hormones that drive natural testosterone
and sperm production. This makes it an option many patients
consider when they want to address symptoms of low testosterone
without suppressing fertility, which can happen with traditional
testosterone replacement therapy. It’s compounded by a
state-licensed pharmacy
based on your clinician’s prescription.

$149.00/monthly

What it may help with

✓
Natural testosterone production

may help support the body’s own testosterone production

✓
Symptoms of low testosterone

may help with fatigue, low libido, mood changes, and mental
sharpness in patients with clinically low levels

✓
Fertility preservation

often chosen by patients who want to maintain sperm production,
especially those who may want to have children in the future

✓
A physiologic approach

works by signaling the brain rather than replacing testosterone directly

What to expect

Most patients begin noticing changes in energy, libido, or mood
within 4 to 8 weeks, with fuller effects building over 3 to 6 months.
Your clinician will use follow-up lab work to track how your levels
respond and adjust your plan as needed. Results vary from person
to person and are not guaranteed.

Why patients choose enclomiphene

✓
A daily oral tablet rather than injections, patches, or gels
✓
Supports the body’s natural hormone production rather than replacing it
✓
Preserves fertility, unlike testosterone replacement therapy
✓
May avoid some of the side effects associated with exogenous testosterone

Lab work is required

Men’s testosterone therapy is only prescribed to patients with
documented low testosterone or specific hormonal symptoms
confirmed by lab work.

To Start

You’ll need recent blood work (within the last 12 months)
drawn between 7am and 10am. If you don’t have recent labs,
you can
order our Men’s TRT Initial Panel
for a low cost or complete it independently and upload your
results. The lab test must include: CMP, CBC, TSH, Free T4,
Testosterone (free and total), Estradiol, LH and FSH, SHBG,
DHEA, Sulfate, PSA (free and total), Cortisol serum AM,
Prolactin, Ferritin.

To Continue After 90 Days

To monitor your response and ensure your testosterone stays
within the appropriate range for men, you will need to complete
a lab test within the first 90 days of using testosterone therapy.
You can
order our Men’s TRT Maintenance Panel
or complete it independently. The lab test must include the
following biomarkers: CMP, CBC, Testosterone (total + free),
Estradiol, LH and FSH, SHBG, PSA (free and total)

Annually

After the 90-day check in, the
Men’s TRT Maintenance Panel
will be required annually.

How it works

How to take it

One small tablet, by mouth, daily per your clinician’s instructions.

Getting started

After you place your order, you’ll complete a short medical intake online and upload your recent lab work.

Clinician review and consultation

A licensed clinician reviews your labs and medical history
to determine whether enclomiphene is appropriate for you.
In some states, a brief telehealth appointment with the
clinician may be required (at no extra cost) before a
prescription can be issued.

Prescription and delivery

If approved, your medication is compounded and shipped
discreetly to your door. Most patients receive their
first order within one week of completing intake and
lab review.

After your first delivery,
a new monthly supply arrives automatically every 4 weeks,
so you don’t have to remember to reorder. You can delay

Important to know

Enclomiphene itself is not FDA-approved for any use. It is
distinct from clomiphene, an FDA-approved medication for
female fertility that clinicians sometimes prescribe
off-label for men.

This medication is compounded, meaning it’s custom-prepared
by a state-licensed pharmacy based on your clinician’s
prescription. Compounded enclomiphene is not FDA-approved
as a finished drug product.

Treatment requires documented low testosterone via recent
lab work, and ongoing monitoring during therapy.

Not everyone is a candidate. Your clinician will review
your medical history, possible side effects, and whether
this treatment is right for you.

Results vary and are not guaranteed.
